Luca Bolognini is a leading European expert in privacy, data law and digital regulations. President of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorisation. Lawyer admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court, and Founding Partner of the international law firm ICTLC - ICT Legal Consulting. In the past 15 years he has published more than ten legal books, including the first Italian commentary on the GDPR. Author of the lateral thinking books «A.I.
